The Role of the Keyperson

To support us in achieving our aim we use the keyworker system within Pippins. Each child in Pippins is given a special adult to relate to, this can make settling in much easier and is based on who each child demonstrates a natural rapport with. In addition each child’s keyworker is responsible for monitoring their development and setting next steps to work towards through our play based learning.

Staff are also always available for any additional advice and support and can guide you to outside services if required.
